Frequently asked questions
What are your minimum order quantities?
Genuinely small — single pieces are fine for awards or key client gifts. Volume pricing starts to matter from around 10 units and improves at 25, 50 and 100.
What logo file do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the sharpest engraving. If all you have is a JPG or PNG, send it anyway — we can usually redraw it, and we will proof the result before production.
Can each gift carry a different name?
Yes. Batch name engraving is one of our specialties — supply a spreadsheet of names and each piece is individually personalised alongside your logo.
How long does a corporate run take?
Allow two to three weeks from proof approval for typical runs, longer for large quantities or November–December orders. Booking Christmas runs by October keeps you off the waitlist.
