Can I upload photos or files?
Yes. The quote form supports photos, sketches, PDFs, SVG, DXF, STL and other common files.
Do you sell raw CNC cut items?
Yes, some products can be supplied raw CNC cut only. Raw items normally still need sanding and finishing before use.
Are grazing boards food safe?
Food-use products need suitable timber/material and a proper food-safe finish. Raw CNC carve is not food safe until properly finished.
Can I check my job status?
Yes. Use the customer status portal with your quote or job reference and the same email or phone used on the request.
Can you make wedding signs and place cards?
Yes. Send wording, names, dates, table numbers, colours and style ideas. Proofing is important before cutting.
Can you make corporate gifts?
Yes. Provide logo files where possible. Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS or DXF are best for clean results.
Can you do kitchen cabinet doors?
Yes. Replacement doors, drawer fronts and cabinet components can be quoted from sizes, photos and material/finish requirements.
